Description
The standig individually holiday home, built in 2005 and renovated in 2022 is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For sole use are available: children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. For shared use: football field, volleyball and basketball court. The following are available: basket, volley and football.

Lubowidz. The holiday home is located on a 4000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Two parking spaces on a large fenced plot There are two houses on the property. Each house has a separate entrance gate. In the garden on the enclosed property there is a basketball, volleyball and soccer field. In addition, a large area is covered with grass. Flower gardens (rock gardens). We only accept small dogs of non-aggressive breeds. The access goes via a path (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

Beautiful landscape and surroundings, very nice, cosy and clean building. Many places to take a walk and enjoy majestic nature. Very calm and perfect for those seeking for a rest.
