The holiday apartment built in 1969, renovated in 2015 and is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For use are available: Breakfast can be booked on site, drinks service in the house. Bread service.

Immenstadt im Allgäu, 850 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a open plot with meadow, flowers and bushes. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. In the guest house there are a total of 7 holiday apartment: OAL ALP 001 (2 people), OAL ALP 002 (6 persons), 2 x OAL ALP 003 (2 persons), OAL ALP 004 (2 people), OAL ALP 005 (4 persons) , OAL ALP 006 (4 people). The guest house is right in nature. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 100 m). Parking lot (for 5 cars) on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 10 m).

The landlady is very relaxed and was always friendly and helpful. The apartment is simple but the kitchen is well equipped and there is a hair dryer in the bathroom. The apartment has WiFi. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the location is very quiet.

The landlady is very friendly and if you ever need her help, she is even on her mobile phone and takes care of. We have not experienced that yet.
