Description
The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, renovated in 2006 and is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility and garden furniture. Storage room for bikes (outside of the apartment building is a shed available). Cot and high chair subject to availability and reservation. Reception at Hotel Lido.

Pieve di Ledro, 650 m above sea level. The landlord lives permanently in the house. In the same complex there are: LOM LED 053 (4 people) and LOM LED 108 (6 people). The apartment house consists of 8 apartments. Parking lot on the property.

central heating (oil). Heating has to pay according to consumption. Facilities: washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Outdoor pool (5 m x 10 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of June to the end of August. Pool opening times: 9: 00-19:30 clock. Shared use of the indoor pool of the hotel Lido possible (including in front of and next season to late September)

The entrance in your holiday apartment is located on different floors and leads over an internal staircase and the balcony directly in the aat-in kitchen. Bedroom with 1 bunk bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Living/bedroom with 2 extra beds on couch/sofa and TV. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with gas stove (4 flames), oven, fridge, coffee machine and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and window.

Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 50 € per object per stay. dish towels to bring along. local tax by local tariff (if charged).
