The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, renovated in 2018 and is functional furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For use are available: sun lounger, children's playground, grill possibility and garden furniture. Reception, storage room for bikes outside. Washing machine with coins. Baby cot / crib on request.

Ledro, 650 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a garden plot. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house. Parking lot on the property.

Outdoor pool (6 m x 12 m, depth 1,40 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to mid of September. Pool opening hours: 09.00-19.00 lunch break from 13.00-14.30

1st or 2nd floor, partly as a garret. The landlord lives in the house with his family from around June to September. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Living/bedroom with 2 extra beds on double sofa bed, TV, dining area (4 seats) and access to the balcony. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with TV, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower and WC.

Included in the price: internet access, parking place, electricity, gas, water, Wireless Internet access.
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning (if not performed by the tenant) 50 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff (if charged). On request: sauna 10 € all inclusive per time of usage. washing machine 5 € per stage of washing programme based on usage. heating 7 € per kilowatt hour based on usage. Bed linen (please order at booking) 10 € per person per first time use and changing.
