Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 6 nights) obligatory 20% per booking per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 50 € per object per stay. Additional charges for water, electricity and gas 35 € per person per week. local tax by local tariff (if charged). On request: laundry package (hand towel, bed linen) 15 € per person per first time use and changing. For a fee: heating.

The FW is comfortable, everything is necessary except toaster, coffee maker, (TV). Suitable for couples, but too small for a family with 2 children. The kitchen is tiny-there are too few storage options and no work space for food preparation. The landlady was unfortunately very picky u. a. she counted every spoon on departure and checked the battery of the gate opener ...

As long as you do not wonder what purpose the poles are in the trees on the ridges, everything is fine.

The tranquility and the beautiful location in very original surroundings. The apartment is very nice. The hosts are very friendly and hard-working. To the lake one drives approx. 15 minutes (car).
