The holiday apartment is modern furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Ičići. The holiday apartement is located on a 600 sqm, open garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Resort 3 km north of Opatija, grown almost entirely with Opatija together. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.
