The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house or an apartment house and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny hillside location. For common use are available: grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court.

Novi Vinodolski, district Povile. The holiday apartement is located on a open plot with meadow. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 3 m, depth 1,35 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to the beginning of October.

Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen (walk-through room) with dining area (4 seats), electric stove, oven, fridge (icebox) and coffee machine. Bathroom (5 sqm) with with shower facility, washing machine, 1 sink and window.
