The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1978, renovated in 2012 and is functional furnished. The property is located in a busy environment, in a residential area. For common use are available: grill possibility and fire place.

Malinska. The holiday apartement is located on a 400 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.

air conditioner. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.

Cooking nook with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, fridge (icebox) and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink and WC.

Nice, clean, comfortable, a little dark apartment, with turtles in the garden, a few steps from the beach, restaurants, very, very good location!

In the house live the very nice owners who take care of everything. Towels and bed linen (with change) are included. Very good and quiet location (despite road), lovely shaded terrace with comfortable chairs, closed parking space. Unfortunately, the combined kitchenette and is quite dark, prolonged sitting / television the seats are a bit uncomfortable. Good kitchen facilities for self-catering bedrooms with good mattress!
