The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, renovated in 2005 and is functional furnished. The property is located in a busy environment, in a residential area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property.

Punat. The holiday apartement is located on a open plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. On the ground floor is the restaurant / pizzeria "As Janos". The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.

Bathroom (6 sqm) with washing machine, shower, WC and window.
