The holiday flat is a non-smoking flat on the ground floor, which is also suitable for allergy sufferers. It was completed in 2007 and has a size of 37 m². The cosy living area is equipped with satellite TV, DVD, radio, dining area and comfortable sofa with additional sleeping function for 2 persons (extra bed). The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed and pine furniture, in addition, the installation of a children's travel bed is possible. The flat also has a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Towels and bed linen are included in the rent. Electricity, heating and water are also not charged separately.

This newly furnished, modern 2-room apartment is located in a quiet district with a rural character on the outskirts of the city near the Wismar Bay of the historic Hanseatic city of Wismar. Wismar:
This World Heritage-listed city invites you to stroll around with its numerous sights such as the water art on the over m² market square, the lovingly restored brick Gothic town houses and the churches of St. Niklaus, St. Marien and St. Georg, as well as various shopping opportunities.
The old harbour with its maritime flair is also a special öglichkeiten / beaches:
The Baltic Sea with its wide beaches is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday, not only in summer. The pier of the Wendorf seaside resort with its shallow bathing area is only 5 minutes away. It is also only 2 km to the natural beach of Hoben. The Zierow Bay can be reached in 7 minutes by car. The 20 km long sandy beach of the Wohlenberger Wiek can be reached in 13 minutes.
In addition to bathing opportunities, you will find a golf course in Hohen Wieschendorf/ Beckerwitz. The island of Poel with its fantastic beaches can be reached in 25 minutes, as well as the Baltic seaside resort of Boltenhagen and Rerik. It takes 40 minutes to reach the Baltic seaside resort of Kühlungsborn.
Sightseeing:
But you can also find relaxation and wellness in the "Wonnemar", a large fun pool with sauna area, tennis, squash, bowling and fitness centre. You can reach Marktkauf and other shopping facilities from the apartment in a 2-minute walk, and the centre with its historic old town in a 10-minute drive. The state capital Schwerin is also a 30-minute drive away. The Baltic Sea Cycle Path invites you to interesting cycling tours, possible routes lead through the sleepy Mecklenburg villages to the Mecklenburg Lake District. By the way, a bicycle rental is only 200 m away ;-)
Day trips to Lübeck, Hamburg, Rostock and the state capital Schwerin provide variety. The many castles, manor houses and lakes are also ideal leisure destinations. There is a riding stable in the immediate vicinity, namely in Zierrow.
