Description
The lovingly furnished holiday flat of approx. 80 sqm is located in a newly built and renovated Gulfhof, which is a listed building.
The property covers approx. sqm and is located directly on the farm. The holiday flat has a living and dining room, an Alno kitchen with high-quality Siemens built-in appliances, a bathroom (bathtub and shower), two double bedrooms with box-spring beds and flat-screen TVs, and a storage room. In summer you can enjoy your own garden with terrace.
On request, we can also provide you with a children's travel bed and chair. In winter you will enjoy the fireplace and the heated tiles. Otherwise, the furnishings correspond to an upscale new building.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located in a Gulfhof (East Frisian farm), which is a listed building and was built in the early 1900's. The apartment is located in Great Heath Südarle, centrally located between Aurich, north and Westerholt. To the coast, which is easily accessible by bike, there are about 12 km. Südarle is situated between the famous cycle trails "cycling pad up" and "Frisian Mill Tour", both of which are only about 2 km away. The eternal sea is just a few minutes away.

These prices are for an occupancy with up to two persons. For each additional person we charge 10,- Euro / per night. The maximum occupancy is four persons.
For a dog we charge 10,- Euro / day on request.
The costs for the final cleaning are 70 Euro.
Bed linen costs 10 Euro per person, towels 5 Euro per person. You can also bring your own towels.
The minimum rental period is 2 nights in low season, 4 nights in high season and 7 nights in the summer holidays.
For longer stays of 14 days or more, please ask for our special prices.
The flat is available on the day of arrival from o'clock and on the day of departure until o'clock. The day of arrival is not valid for determining the seasonal time for the entire period. The season times are calculated to the day.
We recommend that you make your booking in good time. It is binding when you have received confirmation of registration from us. A deposit of 20% is due upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The remaining amount is to be paid 28 days before the start of the rental period. The number of nights is counted. The prices include all additional costs. The rental unit may only be used by the number of persons confirmed by us. The tenant is liable for any damage to the inventory.

Great apartment in the middle of East Frisia
The apartment was very clean, newly furnished, everything tip top, appliances of good quality, internet flawless (also for streaming movies), privacy is very well respected, nice seating area on a terrace on a quiet street (behind a non-visible hedge), landlord very friendly and attentive, would rent it again immediately....!

Great holiday flat, great landlords
We (family, 2 adults 1 child) spent the Easter weekend 2018 in the holiday flat. The flat is in top condition and lives up to its promise. The furnishings are very tasteful and of high quality. We received the flat in a flawlessly clean condition. The contact with the owner family was also absolutely friendly and enjoyable

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Betten einfach zum wohl fühlen. Es war alles perfekt. Küche, Bad etc. sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Auto kann auf Grundstück untergestellt werden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Eine eigene kleine Terasse mit Grill und ein wunderschöner Garten. Die 5 Sterne trägt die Wohnung zu recht.
Empfohlen für: Urlauber mit Auto, denn man liegt in Großheide sehr Zentral. Die Küstenorte sind schnell erreicht. Man wohnt entspannt auf dem Land - fern vom Touristenrummel.

Erholungsurlaub pur
Wir trafen hier auf eine Ferienwohnung, die in unserer langen Ferienwohnungserfahrung ihres Gleichen sucht. Es handelt sich um eine Ferienwohnung, an der es an nichts fehlte. Sie ist ausgesprochen liebevoll eingerichtet, sodaß man hier auch Tage verbringen kann, an denen man keinen Hund vor die Türe schicken würde. Die Beschreibung im Inserat hat sich somit bestätigt. Die Wohnung liegt zwar reichlich abseits von Einkaufs-möglichkeiten; diese sind aber per Auto in ca. 5-10 min zu erreichen. Für Radler und Wanderer ist die Gegend ein Paradies, da keine Hindernisse in Form von Hügeln vorhanden sind.
Die Vermieter erwiesen sich trotz unserer verkehrsbedingt etwas frühen Anreise als ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Nähe gibt es kleinere Restaurants und Gasthöfe, wo man zu zivilen Preisen speisen kann. In den Küstenorten Dornumersiel, Greetsiel usw. gibt es reichlich Einkehrmöglichkeiten und hat die Gelegenheit sich die verträumten Dörfchen anzusehen oder per Mietfahrrad anzuschauen. Die umliegenden und recht schnell zu erreichenden Städte, Aurich, und Emden sind für einen Tagesausflug sehr geeignet. Als Attraktion sei in Emden das Otto-Haus und der in unmittelbarer Nähe liegende Seenotrettungskreuzer (Museeumsschiff) erwähnt, an dem unser Sohn reichlich Interesse gefunden hat. Ansonsten kann man hier, in einer Gegend in der wir während unserem einwöchigen Aufenthalt nur auf freundliche Menschen getroffen sind, stundenlang Radfahren und spazieren oder wandern. Auffallend war auch, dass es sich um eine ausgesprochen saubere Gegend handelt, wo kein Müll o.ä. am Straßenrand zu sehen wäre.
Fazit: Wohnung und Gegend haben einen hohen Erholungswert, Die beschriebene Ferienwohnung ist uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen.

Toller Urlaub, tolles Ambiente
Wir (2 Erw.) waren mit unserem 9-jährigen Sohn in Südarle. Tolle, gepflegte Ferienwohnung bei sehr, sehr nette Vermietern. Perfekter Ort, um von dort aus Ostfriesland zu erkunden.
