Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 5 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 85 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is covered and ground level. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room 10 sqm and with 2 additional beds at folding bed, lounge and TV. Eat-in kitchen 12 sqm and with fireplace, lounge and dinette. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. 2 bedrooms each 9 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 6 sqm and with 1 single bed. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer. Separate toilet 3 sqm and with 1 washbasin and WC. Hall 6 sqm.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna and satellite.
Pets: allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day.

Location: Medulin. The individually standing holiday house built in 2013 and renovated in 2013 is practical and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. The access to the property takes place over a side road. At the holiday house there are 2 car parking spaces at your disposal. The nearest shopping possibility is 400 m away, restaurant 400 m and town centre 800 m. Medulin: bank 600 m and doctor 800 m. main street 100 m.
In the summer: Adria in Medulin 800 m, bathing beach in Bijeca, 1500 m away from your accommodation.
