The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, renovated in 2018 and is modern and rustic furnished. The property is located in a holiday complex, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For use are available: sunbathing area and sun lounger. Each balcony or patio has a table and chairs and deck chair.

Tignale, district Gardola, 600 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located in a holiday complex, on a 1000 sqm, closed plot with meadow, flowers and trees. Apartments Leccino / Pendolino is on the ground floor of a detached house, consisting of four apartments all, within a 1000 sqm plot with green park and parking. It is located near the center of Gardola Tignale and ideally located to reach all necessary facilities. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted, length 20 m). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.

air conditioner, electric heating. The heating is included in the schedule and in the cold season. L, Air conditioning is charged on request € 10,00 per day. Facilities: cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite. There are some German channels in addition to those Italian.
Pool
Outdoor pool (salt water, heatable, 3.5 m x 9 m, depth 1.30 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of April to the beginning of October. The outdoor pool is a novelty 2019! Directly in the garden of Verdeulivo Relax Home. The pool is heated. If desired, customers can also use the swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) located at our Residence Ruculì in Oldesio di Tignale ca.1 km.
Leisure
Guests have free access to all the services of Residence Ruculì (indoor pool, outdoor pool, table tennis, table football, games room, gym (offered at about 1000 m).
