Description
The holiday apartment built in 1998, renovated in 2002 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located in a residence, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing and terrace.

Location
Tignale, 450 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located in a residence, on a 1200 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. In the Residence the appartments GAR TIG 002 (without lake view) and 003 (4 people each) and GAR TIG 004 (without lake view) and 005 (6 persons each) are located. Tignale is a consortium of six villages that are widely spreaded on a plateau above the western lake. This town is the ideal place for total relaxation, away from the crowds at the lake. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted, length 6 m). Parking lot on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: central heating (gas). Facilities: cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN) and phone. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 12 m, depth 1.35 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of April to mid of October. Indoor swimming pool (heatable, 12 m x 6 m, depth 1.4 m, usable from the end of March to the end of October, for common use). The indoor swimming pool can also be used by children, but it is not suitable for small children.
The outdoor swimming pool is deep by 0.80 m. to 1.35 m and then also suitable for small children.

In the complex: table tennis and table football.

allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day.

Shopping opportunity 1000 m, restaurant 150 m, town center 1000 m. doctor, pharmacy, bank each 1000 m in Oldesio. railway station in Brescia 50 km. Bus stop 150 m. Tourists physician from June to September in Gardola (otherwise Gargnano). Other destinations: Desenzano 45 km, Riva del Garda about 30 km, Verona 100 km, Milan about 155 km.In summer: Adriatic Sea 200 m in Oldesio (beach 500 m in Tignale with sand and stones). Oldesio: tennis 300 m and horse riding 3 km. The lake Garda has a varied entertainment program for all ages, such as mountain biking, windsurfing, sailing, horseback riding or hiking. Even free climbing and paragliding is an option for tourists.

The entrance in your holiday apartment leads over an outside staircase with doors to all rooms. Bedroom with 1 double bed and safe. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Living/bedroom with 2 extra beds on couch/sofa, TV and access to the balcony (10 sqm, garden furniture). Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with TV, dining area, gas stove, extractor hood, fridge (icebox) and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and bidet.

Situation and outlook Top. Service at the pizzeria, we had the feeling everything has to happen quickly, uncomfortable.
Who müchte his time alone Basilea, should not live in the main house, very loud.
