Really exceptional and recommendable
We, four adults, were looking for a secluded holiday home in a beautiful landscape with a bit of comfort to "let our souls dangle". We found a little gem that exceeded our expectations: This wonderful Swedish house, located by fields and forests, leaves nothing to be desired and offers all comforts. The pellet stove spread cozy warmth and an absolute fireplace feeling, the sauna was used diligently, although we did not test the swimming pond due to the outdoor temperatures, it added to the idyll perfectly. What could be more beautiful than having the first coffee in the morning on the wooden terrace overlooking the pond, listening to the birds and watching the squirrels? We were really completely undisturbed! The house can accommodate six guests and has upscale and well-kept furnishings, even a washing machine and dryer can be found in one of the two bathrooms. The beds are great. The kitchen is well-equipped for culinary adventures. Our "guys" were thrilled with the ping pong table in the garage, by the way! During our trips, we were always impressed by how beautiful the landscape of the Rhön region is. Cycling tours seem to be recommended, we saw many well-developed bike paths! The cherry on top was the really nice contact with Mr. Jahn, who is easily reachable, responds in record time – and kindly even sent us something we had forgotten: Many thanks for that and for the good care, Mr. Jahn! We will gladly come back!

Swedish Romanticism in the Rhön
Cosy cottage on the edge of the forest, the nicest in the area, you felt alone but not isolated despite neighbouring bungalows. The wood stove was used day and night to keep the heat storage ( floor, warm water) at temperature. The sauna was a welcome oasis of peace
It would be nice to have reliable, bright outside lighting at the garage and on the stairs / entrance and good, cosy inside lighting at the sofa ( floor lamp, spotlight or similar) Also wish there was more space in the kitchen cupboard to store food
By the way, it was good to do sports, table tennis, hiking, fire up the stove several times a day
Good recreation in the beautiful home Rhön.

Schwedenromantik in der Rhön
Gemütliches Häuschen am Waldesrand, das schönste in der Umgebung, man fühlte sich trotz Nachbarbungalows alleine aber nicht isoliert. Der Holzofen wurde Tag und nachts benutzt, um den Wärmespeicher ( Fussboden, warmes Wasser) auf Temperatur zu halten. Die Sauna war eine willkommene Ruhe-Oase
Schön wäre eine verlässliche, helle Aussenbeleuchtung an der Garage und auf der Treppe / Eingang zu haben und eine gute, gemütliche Innenbeleuchtung am Sofa ( Stehlampe, Spotlight o.ä.) Auch wünscht man sich mehr Platz im Küchenschrank um Lebensmittel zu lagern.
Man konnte sich übrigens gut sportlich betätigen, Tischtennis, Wandern, Ofen anfeuern mehrfach am Tag.
Gute Erholung in der schönen Heimat Rhön.

14 days of SILENCE at last
Great house, where we immediately felt at home. Ideal to get away from it all, but if you need internet all the time you will be lonely here, but you can have a great chat with the locals. Will definitely come back to log the rest of the numerous geocaches.

superschönes Haus mit allem Komfort, Sauna und Badeteich, idyllische Lage am Waldrand, in der Nähe der Wasserkuppe zum Skifahren oder Snowboarden ideal, Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort, super geschmackvoll ausgestattet, perfekt zum Entspannen und Urlaub genießen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett! Super Atmosphäre. Wir kommen regelmäßig und freuen uns jedes Mal wieder auf die tolle Umgebung und das gemütliche toll ausgestattete und so besondere Haus!

Sehr schön gestaltetes Haus und Garten, klar,hell und großzügig.
Gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts.
Ein guter Ort um sich einfach nur wohl zu fühlen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen mit vielen Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten, auch an grauen Novembertagen. Sehr zu empfehlen Künstlerdorf Kleinsassen.

Traumurlaub
Dieses wunderschöne, ruhig gelegene Ferienhaus bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt.
Bei bestem Sommerwetter haben wir hier mit unseren drei Kindern (8,3,1 Jahr alt) viel Spaß gehabt.
Unsere Highlights: der hauseigene Schwimmteich, der Milseburgradweg (toll zum Inline Skaten) und die nahen Ausflugsziele in der sehenswerten Rhön. Rundum empfehlenswert.

Klasse Ferienhaus

Die schöne Rhön
Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern dort. Das Haus hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Das Grundstück ist richtig groß, der Teich ist schön angelegt und man kann sich wunderbar bei einem Kaffee auf der Terrasse ausruhen. Wenn man Glück hat konnte man vom Frühstückstisch aus die Eichhörnchen huschen sehen. Sehr idyllisch alles insgesamt. Praktisch war auch der Brötchenhaken um die Ecke. Das Wetter war nicht ganz so optimal, trotz allem gibt es in der Rhön viel zu erleben. Wir haben die Rhön sehr genossen und mussten nach einer Woche leider wieder Richtung Frankfurt abreisen.

free time activities: Es gibt einen kleinen Freizeitpark in Meiningen, Sommerrodeln und vieles mehr auf der Wasserkuppe, eine Kutschfahrt im Nachbarort, Fulda mit der Kinderakademie und sicher noch einiges mehr.

Das Haus und die Aussenanlage sind sehr schön. Das gesamte Areal mit Schwimmteich und auch das Haus sind sehr gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

Super Urlaub !!
Sehr ruhig gelegenes FH am Ende einer Strasse, in einer sehr kleinen Wohnsiedlung.Das FH ist mit allem ausgesttet,was man sich wünscht um entspannt Urlaub zu machen.Der Badeteich direkt vor der Terrasselädt gegadezu ein abzutauchen!Besonders nach einem Saunagang-einfach klasse !
Das weitläufige Grundstück bietet jedem,wenn mehrere Personen anwesend sind,ein Rückzugsgebiet um zu relaxen,ein Buch zu lesen oder einfach nur gen Himmel zu schauen und die Vögel zu beobachten!
Wanderwege und Rhön-Radweg direkt vor der Haustür beginnend,
laden ein benutzt zu werden.
Wer Ruhe,Natur und Bewegung mag ,ich HIER richtig !!!

Klasse Haus, das keine Wünsche offenlässt
Wir wussten gar nicht, dass die Rhön so viel zu bieten hat. Aber drauf gekommen sind wir nur wegen des Hauses, das uns von Anfang an gut gefallen hat und alles bietet, was man sich für einen komfortablen Urlaub wünscht. Gepflegt, neuwertig, komfortabel und gut gelegen!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass Sie Rhön so schön ist - sie wird eigentlich viel zu stiefmütterlich behandelt und steht doch renomierten Gebieten, wie z. B. dem Schwarzwald oder dem Bayrischen Wald in nichts nach, eher im Gegenteil!
free time activities: Die 5 km entfernte Wasserkuppe bietet von Sommerrodeln über Skifahren alles, was man im freien gerne unternimmt
shopping facilities: Im Ort kaum bis keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, man muss in das 6 km entfernte Hilders am Besten mit dem Auto fahren - ohne Auto ist der Urlaub hier schierig!
