The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 1959, renovated in 2018 and is modern furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For use are available: parasol, sun lounger and hollywood swing.

Manerba del Garda, district Montinelle, 900 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 1500 sqm, closed plot, limited by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.

air conditioner, central heating (gas). Facilities: cot and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.

Pool
Outdoor pool (12 m x 7 m, depth 2,4 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the end of September.
