The holiday apartment The property is located in a holiday complex. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet location at the water. For use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground and climbing frame.

Manerba del Garda, 128 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located in a holiday complex, on a 70000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. In the complex is GAR MAN 001 and cottages, bungalows, apartments and also an area for camping and caravanning. The Manerba on the northeastern shore of Lake Garda consists of many small villages, idyllic lined up surrounded by olive groves and vineyards together. The facility is located in the most beautiful bay on Lake Garda with old olive trees. The access goes via a path (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

Outdoor pool (10 m x 25 m, depth 1 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to mid of September. There are 2 outdoor swimming pools available (May to September). In July and August is another pool.

Directly on the lake there is a jetty. Mooring for Motorbooteund buoys.

All in all ok. The house we liked, especially the large covered balcony. In the complex itself at the time there was not much going on, what's always so but to the appointment.

Equipment: TV set my lap top is greater.
What should be there was missing, kettle, coffee-mash, all with gas.
In the booked No. 44 the view was as promised to the pool & then undeveloped lake. For 4 people that's OK for the price.
System was monitored by security!
Specifying the GPS coordinates would be very helpful, since the signs can be seen from one side only.

The kitchen inventory is incomplete, it lacks the simplest things like wine glasses spatula, etc.
