The holiday home, built in 2005 is a townhouse and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area and grill possibility.

Bardolino, 80 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a closed garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Closed garage for 2 cars and extra parking.

air conditioner, central heating (gas). Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (8 m x 18 m, depth 1,50 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to the end of September. The use of the pool cannot be guaranteed due to Covid_19 regulations.

The grounds were well maintained Tip Top, rum and the garden around the house. Just inside lies the cleanliness to be desired. Everywhere cobwebs, dirt in the corners, the bathrooms were miserable with mold and urine stains. A thorough cleaning would be appropriate. In addition, the shower in the master bathroom is an impertinence. Basically the house is but great, the location and the environment have improved our discord again

The house with great garden is very beautiful in itself. The attic room is, however, small children are not safe to be reached via a spiral staircase and almost too low for older children. The kitchen equipment is more underground. What was especially important for us was the wonderful enclosed garden with terrace and very well maintained beautiful pool.
