Villa with 9 apartments near the center and Doggy beach. Parking lot on the property. There is a numbered parking space available to guests behind the house or about 800 meters away. (only small cars, no minibus, no SUV).

Living/bedroom (walk-through room) with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa, 1 crib, sitting area, TV, dining area (4 seats) and access to the terrace (garden furniture). Kitchenette with dining area, gas stove (2 flames), fridge (icebox), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink and WC.

Included in the price: air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, local tax (under 12 years), Bed linen (weekly change).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): overcrowding (without bed) on request 50 € per person per week. additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 6 nights) obligatory 138 € per booking per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 40 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff (if charged). On request: high chair 2 € per piece per day.
