Kitchenette in the living room / bedroom with dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and washing machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink and WC.
Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, local tax (under 12 years), Bed linen (weekly change), Wireless Internet access.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): overcrowding (without bed) on request 50 € per person per week. additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 6 nights) obligatory 138 € per booking per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 40 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff (if charged). On request: high chair 2 € per piece per day. Towels (please order at booking) 12 € per person per week (1 change). baby cot – please order at booking 4 € per bed under 3 years per day.
