The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 2012 and is modern furnished. The property is located in a holiday complex. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet location at the edge of the woods. For use are available: sunbathing area, children's playground and garden furniture. 1 internet access per property. PETS: Only small dogs up to 20 kg allowed. Please specify your dog's size when booking.

Lignano, district Pine forest. The holiday apartement is located in a holiday complex, on a closed garden plot, limited by a fence. In the complex there are Holiday Flats RI UDI 066 and 067 (each for 4 persons), FRI UDI 065 and 068 (each for 5 persons), FRI UDI 069 (6 persons) and FRI UDI 070 (7 persons). The resort is located on the edge of the park 'Parco Hemingway', which is the most beautiful park of Lignano. Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property. The parking lot is partially covered. 1 parking space (only suitable for small cars, it is not suitable for SUVs or minibuses)

Pool
Outdoor pool (10 m x 20 m, depth 1.60 m, for common use). Children's pool (3 m x 6 m, depth 0.45 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to mid of September. Depth of the pool adults: from 1.40 m - 1.60 m. The pool area is fenced and open daily from 09:30 to 12:30 and from 15:30 to 20:00.

Kitchenette in the living room / bedroom with dining area, gas stove, fridge (icebox), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.

Everything was good except the beds on the beach. Next time I'll book an apartment with beach chairs and umbrella.
