The Holiday home
Free cancellation: Every booking for summer 2021 can be canceled free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival without giving a reason. Stay flexible.
The standig individually holiday home, built in 1988 is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea and the quiet and sunny hillside location.
For sole use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and court.
Location
Kožino, 300 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 1100 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Dogs
allowed, EUR 7.00/pet per day.

It is very close to a new, super beautiful dog beach, where our dogs were able to swim extensively and we could recover, since this is not overrun by the usual tourists.
