Description
The holiday home, built in 1936 and renovated in 2015 is functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, children's playground, swing, sandpit, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, hollywood swing and fire place.

Dolní Kalná, 470 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 7500 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house. The access goes directly from the main road (rubble or gravel, length 50 m). Parking lot (for 5 cars) in the carport and on the property.

central heating (wood / coal), electric heating. Facilities: cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN) and iron. TV reception takes place via antenna, satellite.

Outdoor pool (heatable, 3.7 m x 7.3 m, depth 1.3 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to the end of September.

The large bedroom on the ground floor very musty. Opposite in the room lived a grandmother permanently and smoked in the room. Accordingly, the whole house smelled of smoke, especially in the room across the street. You could hardly sleep there. The kitchen wasn't in the house but in an extra building, everything was there, but in bad condition, the dishes weren't clean.

Very nice area with pool, huge sandpit and barbecue house. We were 5 adults and 4 children and had a great week. The kids loved it. The landlord is super nice and helpful.
