Dolní Dvůr, 650 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm plot with trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Holiday Flat CSR RIG 073 (4 persons) is 100 m away. The access goes via a path (rubble or gravel). In winter there are snow chains recommended. In the summer parking at the house, in the winter on the estate at the main street at 50 m.

Old house with almost as old equipment from bygone times. Unfortunately, even ;-) with their smell. Kitchen with 2-burner stove and no oven. Total house quite dark inside. In the summer rather shady garden, because surrounded by pines. Hardly a place for sun-breakfast or dinner. Overall, the object would need time ne modernize and adapt to the needs of vacation rental travelers!

Poor insulation of the building. Poorly regulated electric heater.

Very friendly person to keys, fireplace was already burned so it was nice and warm when we arrived. The house was very clean, equipment is simple and functional, the windows did not open. The house is located in a mountain village. Parking is in front of the house. The way to the house goes over a lot and is not fixed. Great for hiking.
