Description
The standig individually montain hut, built in 1900 and renovated in 2008 is rustic and functional furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, climbing frame, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and dog house. In summer, when the weather is nice and warm, there is a fully equipped tent for 4 people.
Location
Pec pod Snezkou, district Velká Úpa, 760 m above sea level. The montain hut is located on a 20000 sqm, open forest plot with meadow, flowers and bushes. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The property is on a sunny hillside in a quiet area on which your house stands, surrounded by meadows, streams and forests. The access goes via a mountain road (asphalted, length 900 m). In winter there are snow chains essential. Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 200 m). In summer access to the parking lot 10 m from the house, in winter this access is not possible, parking lots 200 m from the house on the main road. Luggage can be transported to the building by snowmobile over the slope. Access of people to the facility via the upper path, i.e. possibility of exit by snowmobile or on foot on your own.

Ski area 600 m in Velká Úpa (SKI-PORT Portašky). Ski bus 200 m. sledge slope in Pec pod Snezkou 2,5 km. Velká Úpa: trail 500 m and ski rental, ski school each 800 m. Černá hora - the toboggan run is open all year round.

The entrance in your mountain hut is located on the mezzanine floor and leads over an outside staircase and the 100 sqm terrace directly in the vestibule with doors to all rooms. The apartment is on the top floor of the building and has its own entrance for guests. The hallway leads into the eat-in kitchen, where there is also access to the sunny terrace and to all other rooms.
1st floor: Bedroom (25 sqm, walk-through room) with 1 double bed, TV, (1 table, 4 chairs) and Apartment number 1. / 2 rooms through, closed. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen (12 sqm) with dining area (8 seats), access to the terrace, electric stove (4 plates), oven, fridge (160 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle.
Top floor: Living room. Bedroom (12 sqm). Bedroom (walk-through room) with 1 double bed, sitting area and TV. Bedroom (25 sqm, walk-through room) with 1 double bed and TV. Bathroom (5 sqm) with with shower facility, 1 sink and WC. Bathroom (5 sqm) with with shower facility, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer. Separate toilet with WC and window.

Very nice hosts, beautiful house (rustic Czech) equipped with a nice view of the valley, hot tub is great cuisine. Was a great vacation.
