The standig individually holiday home is rustic furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For exclusive use are available: garden furniture. Wine cellar with stove and seating area. Sports ground. Outdoor pool (4.5-1.1 m / is electrically heated). Separate wellness room with whirlpool (for 6 people, water temperature 40 °C, turbo boost, champagne, ozonizer). Sauna for 4-6 people. 2 showers and a relaxation area with seating. Indoor grilling.
Location
Chvalčov. The holiday home is located on a open plot with meadow and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. In winter there are snow chains recommended. The car park is in winter 330 m or in a hotel 1 km away. In summer, the car park is at the house.

central heating (gas), underfloor heating. Smoking in the house is prohibited. Facilities: cot and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via electric wire, satellite. Digital LCD TV.
Pool
Outdoor pool (heatable, diameter 4,88 m, depth 1,22 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of July to the end of August.
