Description
The standig individually holiday home, built in 2010 is modern furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods. For exclusive use are available: parasol, children's playground, swing, climbing frame, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place. 2 swings, slide for children. +++ On the ground floor of the holiday house is a separate holiday apartment (entrance from the windscreen). For occupancy of up to 12 people this apartment is closed or can be rented to other guests. Booking up to 12 people is only possible on request. +++ For the use of the electric sauna you have to buy a card from the owner. It costs EUR 6.00 and is enough for about 4-5 hours of sauna operation.
Credit on the card does not have to be used for sauna use, you can go on a card several times in the sauna. +++
Location
Lipno nad Vltavou, 800 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 1800 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow and bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house. From summer 2023 we will have a car charger
