Description
The standig individually montain hut, built in 2010 is rustic furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and fire place. Jacuzzi with a diameter of 2 m, depth 0.70 m, for 4 people. It's a Finnish sauna, runs on electricity. The sauna can be operated by the owners or clients can request, this will be arranged locally on arrival.
Location
Svahová, 800 m above sea level. The montain hut is located on a 500 sqm, closed garden plot, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The property is well maintained. The house stands in the Chalet area Svahova in Erzgebirge, not far from the town of Chomutov (11 km), where all the important services incl. Medical care can be found. The house is surrounded by forests and meadows, whereby the absolute peace and privacy is guaranteed for nature lovers. In the immediate vicinity (approx 80 m) is on the hotel Svahova, which is known for its excellent cuisine. The access goes via a side road. Right next to the complex there are 3 car parking spaces and a tennis court (grass).

Outdoor pool (heatable, 8 m x 4 m, depth 1,2 m, for sole use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the end of September. Indoor swimming pool (heatable, diameter 2 m, depth 0.90 m, usable all year around, for sole use).

The entrance in your mountain hut is located on the ground floor, is at ground level and leads directly in the vestibule.
Ground floor: Living room (45 sqm) with sitting area, TV, fireplace, radio, DVD, CD, dining area (6 seats) and access to the balcony access to the terrace (12 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 8 chairs, 3 sunbeds). Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen (8 sqm) with dining area (6 seats), access to the terrace, electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and dryer. Bathroom (6 sqm) with washing machine, dryer, shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer, window and towels.
Top floor: Bedroom (9 sqm) with 1 double bed, TV and DVD. Bedroom (9 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed on bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m), TV and DVD. Bedroom (8 sqm, walk-through room) with 1 double bed, TV and DVD.
Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: Outdoor pool, sauna, internet access, water, bed linen, hand towels, sunloungers, Wireless Internet access.
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: electricity 0,45 € per kilowatt hour based on usage. final cleaning (if not performed by the tenant) 30 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff. On request: sauna 5 € all inclusive per hour. whirlpool 85 € all inclusive per week. For a fee: heating material (wood/coal).

The house is for a family with several children very suitable!
As one of the bedrooms is a connecting room, the house is not suitable for several couples! For dogs, the environment is top ..... a very beautiful and peaceful countryside!

The house is very nice. We were with a dog. Enclosed grounds only partially. Utilities such as electricity are high. Heating ran and we did not know how it was therefore necessary. Otherwise, everything as described. Tableware such as cups have to be renewed, chipped.

The rustic decor, with great attention to detail, creaky doors, a beautiful fireplace, large terrace. Quiet location, away from major roads, great for kids.

We liked the outdoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi.
Inside, the house is already well equipped, but stairs uncomfortable, carpet quite old, rooms are old, the kitchen is very old and already dirty after the time. Outside on the terrace and next to the pool the lights are broken.
I wanted to come back, but I did not like this messiness.

The village is very quiet and secluded. It is located directly in the mountains surrounded by forest, the ideal place to completely switch off.
The people in the village are very friendly and there is a restaurant with very good food for a small price.
All in all, the price was very cheap, but did not like that many items, such as electricity and hot tub, were charged extra.

Except for a few small things, like a steep staircase to the bedrooms, creaky wooden noise on doors and ceiling, you can recommend this house definitely. It's just a holiday home and not a villa, where the price-performance ratio definitely true!

It was a great short-vacation home where we had a very nice time at seven.
In this group strength, it is a bit cuddly around the living room table, but that was in no way a problem :-)
The sauna was always heated to our liking and could be used very well.
The Preis-Leistungs-Verhähltnis is great (electricity costs by electric heaters a bit higher)

It was a quiet, relaxing holiday, landlords were very friendly and always concerned that has everything to our satisfaction ist.Der pool for his solar heating in a comfortable temperature and is very sauber.Wir were to 3.Mal in this House and go again determined there.
