The standig individually holiday home is rustic furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For exclusive use are available: grill possibility, garden furniture and fire place. At the house is a tennis court available (for shared use with holiday house CSR EZG 027).

Rotava, 560 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Holiday house CSR EZG 027 (6 persons) is situated on the outskirts. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 100 m). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.

Kitchen (walk-through room) with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (4 plates), oven, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, 1 sink, WC and window. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: Living room with sitting area and TV. Bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 extra beds on bunk bed (upstairs). Bedroom with 3 single beds. Kitchen (walk-through room) with dining area (8 seats), electric stove (4 plates), oven, fridge (icebox), microwave, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower and 1 sink. Separate toilet with WC. Bedroom.

Included in the price: internet access, baby cot, parking place, bed linen, tennis, Wireless Internet access.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 20% per stay. local tax.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: electricity 0,30 € per kilowatt hour based on usage. water 4 € per cubic meter based on usage. final cleaning 20 € per object per stay. hand towels to bring along. On request: heating material (wood/coal) 40 € per cubic meter based on usage.

Unique environment. Good walking, because the house is adjacent to the forest. From the cottage itself not expect too much. Simple equipment, only the most necessary yet. Otherwise, a wonderful holiday, as the environment saves everything again.
