Crikvenica. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. This cozy family house is located in the center of Crikvenica. Thanks to the central location, everything you need for a successful holiday is nearby. Just 100 meters from the holiday home you will find the central market where you can buy fresh vegetables, fresh fish, etc. every day. Shops, cafes, restaurants and all sights are also close by. Parking lot on the property and a parking lot in the village. The landlord will keep a parking space available in the public parking lot on the day of arrival and this is included. A weekly pass can be ordered for several vehicles for a fee. This weekly pass costs €6.00 per day.

Bathroom with shower, 1 sink and WC.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed on bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m).
Top floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV.
Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, laundry dryer, washing machine, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, hand towels.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 5 € per person per stay. additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay.
Costs on the spot: On request: parking place (additionally) 6 € per car per day.
Deposit: EUR 200,-/object.
