The standig individually holiday home, built in 1998 and renovated in 2021 is rustic and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, hollywood swing, fire place and court.

Szentantalfa. The holiday home is located on a 1700 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. NICE CARD ACCEPTANCE. It is right next to a nature reserve. The village is bordered by wooded hills and vineyards to the east and west. If we look south from the balcony of the house, we can see Lake Balaton. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 300 m). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.
