The Holiday home

Your vacation object:
The holiday house is placed on a 250 sqm property. Total 2 identical holiday properties (2 detached house). The owner lives permanently in the house or, but uses a separate entrance. Relax outdoor with parasol, sunlounger, garden furniture and porch swing. Barbecue possibilities are available. Rowboat 10 EUR / day, sailboat 50 EUR / one day
The private used pool area is open from mid of May until the beginning of October and offers an outdoor pool (diameter 5 m, depth 0,90 m).
Your holiday house: Free right of withdrawal until March 1st, 2021 for summer bookings with stays from May 1st, 2021

You can cancel this offer free of charge until March 1st, 2021 without giving a reason. With 100% repayment of the deposit. Stay flexible.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 6 rooms (from which 5 bedrooms), is 126 sqm and can accommodate up to 10 persons. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Eat-in kitchen with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the 38 sqm terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 bunk bed. Bathroom with shower and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access.
Pets: allowed, EUR 8.00/pet per day.

Location: Balatonmáriafürdő. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. At the holiday house there are 3 car parking spaces at your disposal on the property. The nearest shopping possibility is 150 m away, restaurant 200 m and town centre 700 m.
In the summer: Balaton in Balatonmáriafürdő 250 m, bathing beach in Balatonmáriafürdő, 250 m away from your accommodation.

Value for money excellent, the owner was very friendly and helpful, unfortunately right next to a (moderate traffic) street, but very close to the record, garden and pool a bit small.

Upstairs the rooms are quite warm but this is not to prevent even with mansard (take fan recommended). Otherwise, everything is fine. The owner is very friendly.
