The Holiday home

Your vacation object:
The holiday house is placed on a an enclosed garden property with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The facilities are at your disposal for exclusive use. Relax outdoor with parasol, sunlounger, garden furniture and porch swing. Barbecue possibilities are available.
Your holiday house: Free right of withdrawal until March 1st, 2021 for summer bookings with stays from May 1st, 2021

You can cancel this offer free of charge until March 1st, 2021 without giving a reason. With 100% repayment of the deposit. Stay flexible.

Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 64 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. A heating facility does not exist. The entrance is covered and leads over a terrace directly in the living room with lounge and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. You have access to the 12 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 sunloungers, porch swing and parasol. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette 4 sqm, not heatable and with TV, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, refrigerator (210 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and dryer. Bathroom 6 sqm, not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
Pets: allowed, EUR 3.00/pet per day.

Location: Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday house built in 1970 and renovated in 2017 is practical furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet location. The access to the property takes place over a side road. At the holiday house there is 1 car parking at your disposal on the property. The nearest shopping possibility is 150 m away, restaurant 200 m and town centre 200 m.
In the summer: Balaton in Balatonmáriafürdő 150 m, bathing beach in Balatonmáriafürdő, 150 m away from your accommodation.

The house itself was very nice, but the location of the house is not that good. Pension across the street and the narrow streets did not like us.

since we arrived with dog, was in the vicinity
no possibility to go swimming with the dog. First swimming, public beach (dogs forbidden) about 10 minutes walk from the object, this is O. K.

The landlords were very friendly, even if the communication was a bit difficult!
The location was actually very good, because you can reach everything within walking distance, such as, center, restaurants, beach, etc. A small drawback, and that was next to the apartment building with 4 parties where it depending on the tourist times something louder , sometimes for the later hour !!!

A small cozy cottage with everything you need (no luxury amenities, but completely sufficient). The proximity to the free beach and the center with shops and restaurants was optimal.
We have made holidays with our dog here (the owner is dog lovers;)). It was a very nice and relaxing holiday.

Ideal for a holiday with your dog, very quiet yet close to everything, 5 minutes to the beach free of charge, to equipment is everything that you need for everyday life. Cute German-speaking neighbors. We have felt ourselves very well and our three dogs.

The holiday property is in the best location !!! Although quiet in a small side street, but still in the middle. Everything is within walking distance, whether it is the beach, the harbor, the super delicious ice cream parlor or the way to the numerous good restaurants.
The landlords are supernet, we were very warmly received! We will be back!
