American kitchen in the eat-in kitchen (12 sqm) with dining area (4 seats), access to the balcony, gas stove (1 flame), oven, extractor hood, fridge (160 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom (10 sqm) with shower, 1 sink and WC.
