The holiday apartment built in 2002 and is modern furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For common use are available: children's playground, swing, grill possibility and garden furniture.

Fonyód. The holiday apartement is located on a 400 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. When booking up to 4 persons are 2 bedrooms in occupancy to 6 people there are 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 persons are 4 bedrooms available. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property. Electrical gate, for which guests receive a remote control.

Kitchen with electric stove (2 plates), fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Anteroom. 2 bathrooms each with bathtub and WC. 2 bathrooms each with shower and WC.

The apartment, located on the upper floor of the house pictured, is in top condition, new and modern, clean and spacious. We have spent four of two beautiful weeks here and had the whole house to ourselves (mid-June, 2013). The view is fantastic, it is very quiet, the pool is always clean and well maintained, the owner-family is very nice and helpful - in short, the object we can only recommend. However, the fantastic view has its price: the house is indeed an asphalted and well skiable but quite steep stretch of road 100m plenty to deal with

The house is modern with beautiful views. As we arrived by plane or train, it was very umstädlich collect about 1.5 km from the apartment key. and the heavy suitcase from about 500 m steep uphill to transport station. This Mangen should be abolished. Everything else O. K.

Much of the hill (if you want to fetch the morning for fresh bread), privacy only in the house, not the garden.

The only thing you can complain about the air conditioning, which is only in one room and in the evening in the 22nd oo h switch itself off, so just cool during the day and a common room, so in the bedrooms is warm because it is the whole apartment in the attic, or a total satisfaction.

Super accommodation, beautiful modern house, everything clean, comfortable sleeping facilities. Cook homemade food is not a problem. In stores reasonable prices, and especially the square cool ice, large portions for a great price. Swimming great too, we all vyblbli. Although the hill to the house, especially upwards, but that smaller tourism, but we coped. Overall rating super.

The friendliness of the landlady. Thanks also to Mrs. Dekany for the german support. It was like being at home. A small drawback: fridge freezer. Otherwise a wonderful holiday.

House clean, very quiet place, more shopping is nothing going on, only possible by car, quite barking, even though my brother had to leave two days earlier, the days were counted, was always ne strange statement.
