The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, built in 1980, renovated in 2021 and is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, pavilion, garden furniture and hollywood swing.

Balatonföldvár. The holiday apartement is located on a 800 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The house has BAL FOL 142 (lower apartment for 6 people) and BAL FOL 143 (upper apartment for 9 people). We are mainly looking for families with small children. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

Facilities: internet access (WLAN), iron, washing machine and dryer. TV reception takes place via electric wire. German-speaking and English broadcasts
Pool
Outdoor pool (diameter 4.5 m, depth 1.2 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to the end of September.

Kids were especially pleased with the small swimming pool and parents over the grill and plenty of living space, though the 2 attic rooms were quite warm with no air conditioning and fan provided.
