The standig individually holiday home, renovated in 2021 is modern furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, hollywood swing, fire place and court. Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on a 540 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.

Very friendly welcome by the owner. Beautiful garden with pool and barbecue.

The pool in the garden especially pleased the children. Everything else was neat and clean.
The reception was nice. There were drinks for immediate strengthening as there was a large pot of boiled goulash.
We were there for the second time, because we liked it.
