Balatonberény. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow and bushes. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Other house BAL BER 096 (8 persons). The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.

Accommodation was good. Swimming in Lake Balaton in this area is very shallow and is dobré.Jezero zakalané.

Object practically fulfilled my expectations, one thing that was incompatible with the offer of a given distance to the beach and shops. Birac even consider that you would include a piece of a wooden deck with stairs to the water as the beaches are still odlełość from the cottage was about 300m, aprawdziwa beach was about 1km away as

The hygiene in the house (mold in the shower, hair from the previous guests) is not taken so seriously. Have first even toilets and showers cleaned and must return. Otherwise the house for 8 persons is very well suited. A very large terrace. The environment was great, however, the 100 meters distant sea entrance is not very welcoming as everything is full of algae and reeds. We are then removed to the public beach of only about 2 minutes by car. (However, just under 7 € Admission Family day ticket incl. a 0.5L water bottle) For this is all there, and very clean. Basketball hoops and soccer goals in water. Pedalo hire, beach volleyball court, soccer field and much more. Shopping super and the prices really reasonable especially low. The place Balatonberény itself is very nice, quiet and clean. Will definitely go back only to another house. The house was very quiet and had a nice terrace. The affordable beach was very nice. There was also a nice restaurant near the property. You didn't always have to travel by car. For people who do not want to vacation in the tourist strongholds, this area is in good hands.

Nice big terrace. The house is ideal for 2 families with children. We were 4 adults and a toddler.
The shower curtains could be longer so the bathroom doesn't float after the shower.
