The standig individually holiday home, renovated in 2011 is modern furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, hollywood swing and court. Terrace (40 qm).

Balatonberény. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday apartment is suitable for families. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.

air conditioner, central heating (wood / coal). Facilities: cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), iron, washing machine and dryer. TV reception takes place via satellite. Hungarian, German English broadcasts are available
