Description
The deceleration house, built in 2014, has a large garden (> 700 m²), which invites you to play, romp around, barbecue and relax. A sandbox is available for the little ones. On the sunny side, there is a paved terrace directly by the house. In the middle of the garden we have built a wooden terrace and a "pier" so that you can enjoy the last evening sun there
The house is very spacious with a living area of 105 m², so that even "bad weather phases" can be spent comfortably in the house
Large windows provide brightness and allow an unobstructed view of the large garden.
The house has a well-equipped modern fitted kitchen with a small counter area. The large dining table in the living-dining area seats up to 8 people. The living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas. The whole house is very comfortably and lovingly furnished and offers the ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday
The deceleration house is beautifully situated in a quiet location on the former grounds of the Blengow estate with a wonderful view of the restored manor house
Through the trees you can see the beautiful Salzhaff, which can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. The Baltic seaside resort of Rerik can be reached by bicycle in about 10 minutes
Two parking spaces are available in front of the house on the property.

The holiday home is in a wonderfully quiet location. The tranquil town of Rerik is only a short distance away. However, if you want a bit more hustle and bustle, you can find it in Kühlungsborn, Wismar, Warnemünde or many other places in the area.

Especially with children, it is wonderful to have your own four walls so that your good mood does not disturb the neighbours. Both big and small can feel at home here, and if it gets too crowded in the house, they can simply go out into the large garden. Here there are many opportunities for leisure games of all kinds.

Nice holiday time that was worth it...
We love to come back again and again to spend wonderful eventful days in this beautiful holiday home. Because the area is also very nice to relax... Many thanks to the landlords ???

For us, it was actually quite untypical to go to the same place over and over again. We always wanted to see something new .. But in the low season we were always drawn to Rerik. Here we were much more outdoors and usually left the car behind. The children liked that too. We enjoy the peace and the deceleration and always take a suitcase full of it with us into our everyday life We had been dreaming of a house by the sea for a long time. When we saw this building plot, we were particularly attracted by the large garden with its unobstructed view. After a very labour-intensive construction phase, we are now happy to have created a beautiful retirement home.
