Description of the
Our two-storey holiday home has 48 sqm living space and a walled terrace. The house is family friendly and next to the house there is a 6 sqm Cellier with garden furniture, an electric grill, various beach items and a washing machine
On the ground floor there is the living area with Sat TV, WLAN and 2 couches. The kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, oven with integrated microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee machine
Household items such as dishwashing detergents, oil, vinegar and spices will partly be available.
Shower bath and WC
The dining area is in the winter garden with south orientation. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and another WC. Both bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning.

Location and surroundings of object
Gruissan with its fine sandy beaches on the Mediterranean is ideal for your unforgettable holiday. Mon. Wed. and Sat. is market day which you can also reach comfortably on foot at the car-free promenade. The lagoon is cs. 200m away and ideal for children as the beach is shallow. You reach the open sea in approx. 1600 m. The nearest town Narbonne with its many shopping possibilities is visited again and again gladly. The market hall is an absolute highlight. To the baker you go 3 min, to the butcher it is approx. 5 min. Intermarchè and Lidl are in the immediate vicinity. During the summer months the Pirate Park is open daily and is very popular with children and adults.

Great vacation
From the first minute we felt very comfortable in the cottage, everything was thought of, it was super clean and you can easily get to the beach at the lagoon by bike or on foot in a few minutes, the complex is quiet and very tidy, the parking lot is not far away, all devices in the house are well maintained and work perfectly. Simply top in one sentence, we will gladly come back.

We felt very comfortable in this small but nice holiday home. All important kitchen utensils etc. are available, there are good shopping facilities within walking distance and the beach is also just a stone's throw away. We were a couple on site, for us the house was spacious enough. In our opinion, it is not recommended for 4 adults, as the space is somewhat limited. But as a couple or with small children, it's okay :) Definitely recommended!

Rund um zufrieden
Ferienhaus liegt in einer schönen und sauberen Anlage. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub.
Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Wir haben hier einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub erleben dürfen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles ist vorhanden . Und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Wir haben gleich für nächstes Jahr gebucht

Kurz Urlaub
Super Ferienhaus. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Was man für den Alltag benötigt ist vorhanden. Würde ich jederzeit wieder miezem ☺
