Description
The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a house with 7 floors and lift. The furnishings are as good as new. It is only 10 metres to the beach and 10 metres to the bus stop to Benidorm. The living room has air conditioning, summer cold / winter warm, therefore very suitable for wintering, from the terrace you have a wonderful view over the beach, the sea and I offer you WIFI free of charge
A great experience for early risers is to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise and sunset, the same applies to the moon in the evening when it slowly disappears in the haze.
I offer my guests a Dutch television connection, as well as English for my Spanish guests
For arrivals after 8pm there is a flat rate of €30 payable in cash to the key holder when the keys are handed over.
My guests are advised to take out travel cancellation - interruption insurance , then you are on the safe side .
Cancellation of a booking after conclusion of the contract is excluded unless a replacement tenant is found who will take over the existing contract

There is a separate meter in the flat with which the tenant can constantly check his own consumption . electricity will be charged to the customer on departure and must be paid in cash . Rental deposit 300 € , this will be refunded to the tenant 3 days after departure by bank transfer .

Location and surroundings of object
It is less than 3 km to the Terra Mitica theme park. A visit is a must. An illuminated promenade leads from the house to Benidorm and invites to a romantic walk. From here you can dive into the nightlife of Benidorm. In Levante Bay or in the large hotels there is a wide range of dance clubs and discos. You can also take a stroll through the shopping arcades of the shops near the beach. If you have had enough of everything, return to the quiet La Cala bay.
Fees: Bed linen change per person specials: The beach is fine sandy, the water clear and shallow for the first 50 m. By car you are in 10 minutes in the most beautiful mountain regions with great excursion destinations. The Benidorm Show Palast is located nearby and offers an evening with a very good show program. Bookable with dinner before the show
There are also several shops and restaurants nearby. A sufficient basic supply of doctors is guaranteed. Visit the theme park Terra Mitica, plan a whole day. Especially for the children there is a lot to see and experience. Then the park Terra Mitica Natura. Here many animals are shown in their natural environment. Don't forget to visit the Aqualandia with the Delpines. The adults then go to the Benidorm Palace in the evening for a show.
Terra Mitika Park: Have you ever been to Terra Mitika Park? Benidorm's attraction . Only 3 km away. The way there is well signposted. Plan a day, it will be and remain an experience for you and your children. There is also a kart track less than 3 km away. If you would like to play Vettel, you have the opportunity to do so here. Golfers will find plenty of places nearby to practice their sport. There are two pitches in the direction of Alicante , one in front of Alicante ( Bon Alba ) and the other near the airport . Who would like to have it further drives to Oliva approx. 60 km. Here is an 18 hole course. Since 2006 Benidorm also has two places. You are on the grounds of the Terra Mitica Park. They have 18 holes and are only 3 km away from the apartment.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
