- 45 sqm flat on the 16th floor facing south with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the Bay of Lübeck
NOTE: The living/sleeping area has 4 sleeping possibilities, but no separate bedroom!

- glazed balcony with fold-out 2-seater lounge. High-backed chair and breakfast table with 2 chairs
- Balcony glazing can easily be opened completely
- fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need

- in the living/sleeping area: double bed (2 high-quality, 80cm mattresses) directly at the window with sea view. Enjoy the sunrise from your bed.

NOTE: The living/sleeping area has a small step to the balcony and the rest of the flat.

Sierksdorf is located directly on the Baltic Sea with the beautiful Lübeck Bay.
It is nice and quiet and not overcrowded.
You can get there by car or by train.
A swimming pool with 27 degree warm water belongs to the apartment complex (entrance fee to be paid separately).
Amusement park: The huge Hansa Park with many great, attractive rides and shows for all ages is only 200 m from the flat. (nevertheless, you can't hear anything from the park in the flat)

The hinterland with Holstein Switzerland and great towns like Neustadt, Eutin or the Hanseatic city of Lübeck) invites you to exciting excursions (especially by bike) with its ham smokehouses, country markets, manor houses and coffee gardens. The Hansapark is in the immediate vicinity and is always a great attraction for young and old all year round. In autumn, the great firework displays delight many visitors.

Man ist dort zwar überwiegend auf ein Auto angewiesen aber es lohnt sich allemal.

Everything great
Everything was tip top. A very nice and clean flat. The linen package with towels and bed linen is extensive. The view of the Lübeck Bay (in the morning or evening) is simply fantastic.

We also live in Sierksdorf now, are both 50+ and have a sweet Aussi with whom we enjoy the beautiful walks on the long beach The children are out of the house and we have been looking for a holiday flat where we can retreat for a weekend to relax. When we visited the flat for the first time, we were immediately fascinated by the fantastic view of the entire Lübeck Bay. During the day the glittering sea and in the evening the "string of pearls" of the beaches of Scharbeutz and Timmendorf. The glazed balcony makes it very relaxing, even in the low season. The flats are very high quality and lovingly furnished. What makes them unique is that the flats are on a high level and the south-facing orientation means that there is plenty of sun all day long. Sierksdorf is nice and quiet, and if you want a bit more action and hustle and bustle, Scharbeutz and Neustadt (also by bike) and Grömitz are within easy reach.
