The Holiday home

The semi-detached house has 1 living/dining room, open kitchen, storeroom, bathroom with shower, 1 small bedroom with single bed and 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds. From the beautiful terrace you get directly into the living/dining room. This is equipped with a 2er sofa as well as 2 comfortable and large armchairs. The dining area has 4 upholstered chairs. There is also a ceiling fan for the warm days and a closed fireplace and marble wall heating for the winter. The open kitchen adjacent to the dining area is fully equipped. If anything's missing, we'll get it! In a small storeroom there is a washing machine. The curved staircase leads to the small bedroom. There is also a large ceiling fan as well as a chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a large shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. Here a small air conditioning system provides cosy warmth in winter. The large bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, bedside table, chest of drawers and 2 sofa beds. For the hot days there is air conditioning and for the winter a marble wall heating. This room also has a large balcony with a wonderful view of Orba and the mountains. The semi-detached house is facing south/east. Nothing stands in the way of breakfast on the terrace in winter. There are 3 comfortable chairs with cushions, a table and a parasol. Right next to the terrace is the large pool level with 3 sunbeds and 2 parasols. Also comfortable seating areas for relaxing. The pool measures 9 x m and is m deep. From the pool level one has a wonderful view into the mediterranen, maintained garden. There is also a toilet and a hot/cold shower on the pool level.

Location and surroundings of object

The semi-detached house is located in a small urbanisation on the outskirts of Orba. A very quiet location as it is the last house in a dead end street. No immediate neighbors. Surrounded by green. The property's out of sight. By a small way one is in 3 minutes by foot at the big supermarket Mas y Mas. The supermarket is very well sorted, also with international food. After 5 minutes on foot you are in the "heart" of Orba. Right next to the church, on the Plaza Mayor. Here you will find everything you need for your daily life. Small shops, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, opticians etc. The village of Orba has about 1,500 inhabitants and is typically Spanish. The people living here are very friendly and polite. From Orba you can make wonderful hikes in the mountains. Or you can stroll through the citrus plantations. Here grow mandarins, oranges, grapefruit and lemons. The whole Orbatal is full of them. In spring the trees bloom. The whole valley smells. Above Orba there are whole plantations with cherry trees. These flower in March and mid to late May there are the sweetest cherries. In February the almond trees bloom in the whole region. A dream in white, pink and pink. If you want to have some hustle and bustle, you can reach the great port city Denia in 15 minutes by car. Denia's magical. 2 marinas, ferry port (to the Balearic Islands) many great restaurants and tapas bars, an exciting weekly market, flea market, a very beautiful old town. Denia has 13 km of sand and some pebble beach. Here, there is no huge hotel development with closed hotel beaches. Everything is accessible to everyone. The beach is flat and even and not completely overcrowded even in midsummer. You can spend the whole day on the beach and thanks to the beach bars with sunbeds and umbrellas there is nothing missing.
The airports of Alicante and Valencia are about 100 km from Orba.

Wir waren bereits mehrfach hier in der Casa El Eden zu Gast und sind rundherum komplett zufrieden.Das Apartment lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen und es fehlt an nichts.Die Terrasse und der riesige Pool sind einfach traumhaft.Man genießt immer seine Privatsphäre,aber falls nötig stehen die Vermieter jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.Also wir werden immer wieder hier sehr gerne unseren Urlaub verbringen

Liebe Familie Tweesmann,
vielen Dank für die kurzfristige Buchung unseres spontanen Kurzurlaubes zum Valentinstag-Geschenk von meinem Mann. Die Woche ging viel zu schnell rum und wir werden das nächste Mal sicherlich länger in Ihrem schönen Appartement planen. Wir haben die Zeit der herrlichen Mandelblüte sehr genossen und die Luft riecht sogar danach.
Trotz der schönen ruhigen Lage, waren wir nach Ihrer Empfehlung in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Ort zum Einkaufen und haben auch eines der original spanischen Restaurants ausprobiert. Viel besser, als in einer Touristenhochburg! Alles in allem, haben wir uns bei Ihnen in der DHH sehr wohl gefühlt, es war gemütlich und sauber. Wir haben es auch als sehr angenehm empfunden, dass wir unsere Privatsphäre hatten, obwohl wir mit Ihnen auf dem Grundstück wohnten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, wenn die Sonne noch höher steht!
