You can cancel the rental agreement at any time before the rental period begins. In this case, H&P Touristik GmbH, Bonn, will attempt to re-rent the holiday apartment. However, if this is not successful, you are required to pay appropriate cancellation fees according to the following schedule: Cancellation periods: - Up to 10 days after receiving confirmation - free of charge - Up to 45 days before the start of the rental - 20% of the total rent - From 44 days before the start of the rental - 50% of the total rent - From 21 days before the start of the rental - 80% of the total rent
