Description
Beautiful detached villa in the well-kept residential area on Monte Pego. The exclusive location ensures a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and mountains. From the car park you can reach the entrance of the house via a few steps. There is also a cosy terrace with table and chairs. The entrance leads into the spacious living room, which is divided into a dining area with panorama windows and large dining table for 8 persons, a cosy living room with fireplace, couch and TV as well as an open kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen with window to the garden has a stove with 4 ceramic hobs and oven, sink, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle as well as sufficient dishes, pots, pans, glasses and cutlery and various other accessories. The counter area is perfect for a quick snack. A corridor leads from the living area to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom with four tower windows has a double bed (single mattresses) and has access to the daylight bathroom ensuite with 2 sinks, shower and toilet. The second double bedroom also has a double bed and a beautiful view into the garden. The 3rd bedroom overlooking the coastline has a bunk bed and a single bed. These two bedrooms share the 2nd daylight bathroom with large mirror, shower and WC. All bedrooms as well as the bathrooms have sufficient storage space in built-in cupboards. The living area offers access to the large terrace with panoramic views. There is a cosy sitting area with dining table for 4-7 persons as well as the outside kitchen with washing machine, sink, 5-burner gas stove and grill with exhaust chimney. As this area is completely covered, it is the perfect place to prepare and eat your meals outside, even in the midday heat or in the rare rains. The exceptionally large pool ( metres, approx. 2 metres deep) with Roman stairs guarantees swimming fun for the whole family. On the terrace there is also a guest toilet and a hot water outdoor shower. Sun loungers and a large dining table with enough chairs and parasols complete the terrace area. The living area with kitchen as well as all bedrooms incl. the bathrooms and the terrace with the pool area are on one level. SAT-TV and WLAN are included.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is located on Monte Pego, only a few minutes by car from Pego and El Verger with various shopping facilities. The port city Denia with its beach and many opportunities for strolling, shopping, eating, drinking and celebrating can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes. The beautiful beaches of Olivia are also just a stone's throw away.

Beautiful vacation in the Villa Cisele.
The Cisele villa is beautiful and very comfortable. The swimming pool is magnificent and the view of the sea and mountains is splendid. The house managers welcomed us perfectly. They were available, friendly and discreet. The only small downside is that there is no air conditioning in two of the bedrooms. We are delighted with our vacation in Monte Pego.

Pure holiday and fantastically beautiful
Villa Sicele is a lovely holiday home high up on the mountain in Monte Pego. The view of the mountains, the green rice fields and the sea alone is pure relaxation. But also jumping into the large, well-maintained pool only adds to the feeling of well-being. The villa is nicely and comfortably furnished and offers everything a holidaymaker's heart desires. The outdoor kitchen is great and was well used. The garden is nicely laid out
Plenty of space for everyone and also for clothes
And no matter what the weather is like, you also have a great view down from the inside.
The contact with the landlord was great right from the start. The reception by the on-site managers was warm and very good
We will definitely come again. :-)

Traumhafte Lage
Wir waren schon zum 2. mal in der Villa Sicele. Die Bilder können die traumhaften Aussichten über Berge, Reisfelder bis hin zum mehr kaum wiedergeben! Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und hat alles was man von einem Ferienhaus erwartet und darüber hinaus! Der Pool wird wöchentlich gereinigt und das Haus haben wir sauber übernommen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter/Eigentümer war überaus freundlich und unkompliziert! Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte mal in der Villa Sicele!
