The interior of the sophisticated finca, equipped with decorative works of art, is divided on the ground floor into a combined living / dining area with TV, DVD player, music system and Internet connection as well as garden access and fireplace, a spacious kitchen with TV and small breakfast area, an adjoining utility room with washing machine, a double room with TV and private bathroom, a twin room with private shower and a twin room with adjoining bathroom. The comfort is complemented by additional amenities such as air conditioning in the sleeping area.
On the upper floor there is another double room with its own bathroom with whirlpool tub and access to a large panoramic terrace with seating, which offers a charming view of the rural idyll and the hilly landscape.
Exotic banana shrubs, tropical plants and a pretty fountain adorn the well-kept garden. The centre of the attractively designed outdoor area is the inviting swimming pool ( x ), which is surrounded by green areas. Palm trees provide welcome shade. A cool refreshment on the roofed terrace is a quick way to relax. The pool terrace is ideal for sunbathing, where you can enjoy your holiday on comfortable loungers. A bath in the whirlpool is wonderfully relaxing and rounds off the picture of this beautiful Finca Mallorca. The adjacent barbecue area with sink ensures cosy barbecue evenings in a Mediterranean climate. The table tennis table is ideal for sporting activities (please do not forget your rackets and balls).

The Finca Mallorca Pollensa 4310 is located outside the historic town of Pollensa in the north of Mallorca, about 1 hour's drive from Palma. At the end of a path, this magnificent property rests on a large plot of land secured by an electric gate.
In a few minutes drive you can reach all interesting excursion destinations of this region. The kilometre-long beach of Puerto Pollensa and the sandy bays of Cala San Vicente are popular attractions. In addition to its colourful weekly market, Pollensa also offers various shopping opportunities and recommendable restaurants. The beach is only about 30 minutes walk away, the centre of Puerto Pollensa with shops and restaurants can be reached after about 5 minutes by car.
