The Holiday home

The exterior area is extraordinary. It offers a beautiful chlorine pool that sizes 7 x 4 metres and has a water depth ranging from 0.6 to 1.9 metres, where you will enjoy a cool dip while admiring the fantastic mountain and forest landscape. You can relax on one of the 6 sun loungers while you sunbathe or read a book under the parasol. You will find a built-in barbecue where you can cook your grilled meats and vegetables and enjoy them alfresco. The lawn area is also ideal to spread the towel and play with the little ones. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

The house comprises just one floor for all its rooms where you will find a great living room with two sofas, two rocking chairs and TV-Sat. You will find the dining area open to to the living, characterised by a strong wooden table, and the kitchen which is equipped with a gas stove and emanating peace thanks to its white colour. The laundry room is independent and it has a washer, iron and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms where you can rest, all of them with a fan and a closet. Two of the bedrooms also present exit to the terrace. You will find a double bed in two of the bedrooms -one with an en-suite shower bathroom- and the 3rd with two twin beds. Apart from the en-suite bathroom, there is another one with a shower for the rest fo the house. A baby cot and a high chair as well as central heating for the winter season complete the equipment.

The advantage of this villa, located on the outskirts of Son Servera but only 600 metres away from the town, is that it has easy access to a variety of charming places like the beach of Cala Millor about 6.8 km away, the Natural Park of Llevant or Costa dels Pins. You will find the basic services in the town like a bar, a restaurant, supermarket, etc. For those who love golf, the course of Son Servera is about 6.4 km away. The town of Arta is also very near and there you will discover the authentic traditions of the island, like the traditional street market on Saturdays.
