Podere Verdi Colline is an ancient farm immersed in the green hills of Tuscany. In a quiet and panoramic position, it is the ideal destination for those who want to enjoy the slow pace of nature and indulge in total relaxation. With its large garden, swimming pool, shaded areas under pergolas and gazebos, it is the perfect solution for families and groups, and animals are welcome.
The Podere is composed of 2 independent accommodations (5+5 beds).
Each house has its own entrance and a private garden/patio, and overlooks a beautiful panoramic garden with swimming pool, gazebo, children's playground, barbeque. This allows those travelling in groups to share moments of conviviality in the common areas outdoors while still maintaining areas of privacy in individual homes.
The interiors have all been skilfully restored in the respect of the Tuscan tradition, using where possible original and recycled materials, or other local materials such as wood, wrought iron, stone. The furnishings are almost entirely the original ones, restored personally and brought back to the splendor of the past.
Our beautiful panoramic swimming pool, kissed by the sun until evening, measures 6x12 meters with a gradual depth from to meters, plus an appendix of 3x3 meters with a depth of 60 cm ideal for bathing children. In the large solarium area that surrounds it there are sunbeds, umbrellas, and a sun shower.
In the garden there is also a large wooden gazebo furnished with armchairs and sofas, where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation on hot summer days.
A beautiful barbeque made of stones recovered from an old fireplace awaits you for your barbecues in the company, while the little ones can have fun in the games reserved for them. New for 2018: new playground and inflatable for the pool!

Location and surroundings of object
The farm is located at the foot of the small rural village of San Martino in Tremoleto, in the municipality of Poppi, a charming medieval village included in the guide of the most beautiful villages in Italy. We are in the green valley of Casentino, halfway between two wonderful cities of art: Florence and Arezzo. A few steps away are the uncontaminated forests of the National Park, the sacred mountain of La Verna with its Franciscan sanctuary, the hermitage and the monastery of Camaldoli.
