The villa is situated in a beautiful location and at the same time close to fantastic beaches with an exceptionally clean sea and the necessary privacy and tranquility.
The villa has 400 m2 of living space and is located on a plot of 910 m2. Spacious and fully air conditioned villa with underfloor heating can accommodate optimally 8 guests and a maximum of 10 guests in 4 modern double en-suite bedrooms, 3 with shower and 1 with bath. There are also 2 separate toilets. A modern and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 10 people and a living room are located on the ground floor and offer guests a comfortable cooking and amusement. Inside and outside free Wi-Fi signal is available as well as PlayStation 4 console for fun and relaxation.
In the garden there is a private heated pool of 50 m² with underwater lighting, surrounded by 8 sun loungers and 4 parking spaces. The villa is completely fenced and offers complete privacy.
